A responsibility with impact, which you shape as a Low Code Automation Engineer where you work at the intersection of Business and IT.
Your core task is to automate processes with use of low coding tools for various operational domains within Rabobank. We position these low coding solution within the departments as "virtual colleagues" which enable us to make our organization more efficient for the short or long term, but also to relieve our colleagues of repetitive and sometimes frustrating work. This is how the team makes the work of our colleagues within the bank more fun!

• You support various Business domains within the entire Rabobank in building and managing by developing low code solutions such as robot or power platform solutions .
• You will have access to the latest technological developments in the field of Low Coding Automation software.
• You are also able to make an active organizational contribution to the continuous improvement of the Center of Excellence.
• Low Code Automation is growing strongly, so it is crucial that you are able to reflect and adapt quickly.
• You are able to embrace innovation, analyse processes and make a technical translation of it and implement it. No day will be the same in this field.
• There is a lot of room for further development within the team, but the initiative for this lies with yourself.
• Communication and coordination with various parties (business) contains a large part of the work.

Collaboration is an important topic within our team. With each other we join forces to build Low Code Automation solutions that enable our organization to create even more added value for the bank and thus be able to serve our customers even better. The team was founded 5 years ago and we have grown rapidly over the years. We are now on the precipice of even greater growth and will expand to about 40 colleagues.

Customer focus, collaboration, analysis and enthusing others are indispensable for this position as a Low Code Automation Engineer. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything from the checklist below:
• HBO or University working and thinking level.
• Well versed in Dutch and English.
• Experience with IT and experience in programming.
• A big plus if you have experience with Kofax RPA, Power Platform and/or the deployment of apps.
• Flexibility in attitude and behaviour, will step up in the face of adversity.
• You like change, puzzling and can work well in a dynamic environment.
• Business analysis and process analysis skills are a plus.
• Taking personal responsibility and taking initiative is important.
• You like to learn in a technical environment.
