"Enthusiastic platform developer UX Components
We are looking for an addition to our team that will contribute to the further growth of our new component's platform. Are you the one who will work with us on expanding the platform for our design system? At team Dalton we're looking for extra capacity to build a UI development platform. This platform allows teams to build their UI separately from app logic to improve consistency and scalability

Our Product:
You will work within Foundation, the place where we enable engineers to deliver great customer solutions in our online channels fast & secure. Our ‘user’ is your colleague developer within the 250+ development teams globally.
Team Dalton focusses on frontend services:
• We provide a library with composite components for which we have a tight collaboration with design and multiple app-teams. Building and maintain components, document best practises, find edge-cases that need to be accessible.
• We are responsible for the design system, together with Design and a other frontend team who develops and maintains atoms and tokens.
• We are building a platform to build and share frontend components. Service developers in a user-friendly environment where we assist with tools for accessibility and other guidelines.
Your work will have impact on the workday of your co-worker but will also impact the frontend of every feature for our end user: the client of the Rabobank.

The technology skills we are looking for:
• Are an experienced front-end developer mostly focusing on the back-of-the-frontend (state management, routing, api's, framework)
• Have experience with Storybook and Lit or other experience in setting up a design system.
• Like to setup a platform to improve code quality and efficiency within the Rabobank that will be used by many teams
• Like to work closely together with feature, app and platform teams.
• Like to solve technical challenges regarding a.o. framework integrations, bundle distribution and composition
• Have experience with (Azure Devops) CI/CD pipelines
