Sustainability is a collective responsibility, and it requires a new way of collaborating. Organisations that truly make a difference look beyond financial results. They help build a future that is better for people and society. More and more, companies are choosing B Corp.
What is B Corp
B Corp stands for Benefit Corporation. The B Corp certification is an international label for companies that combine profit with social value. They are independently assessed on five themes:
- Environment
- Workers
- Customers
- Community
- Governance
To become a B Corp, a company must score at least 80 points on these themes. Worldwide, there are over 10,000 B Corps in 102 countries, including Patagonia, Rituals, and Tony’s Chocolonely. And since 2025, HeadFirst is also included in this list, with a score of 90.3 points.

What does it bring you?
A B Corp certification proves that an organisation is taking concrete steps for people and the environment. It gives you the assurance that you are working with a partner who demonstrably takes sustainability and responsibility seriously. For your organisation, this means among other things:
- Suppliers who procure in a sustainable way
- Processes that actively reduce CO₂ emissions
- Support with legislation and regulations around responsible business
This way you also strengthen your own sustainability agenda and reputation, while simultaneously limiting risks.

Gemma Keijzer, Head of Sustainability & Certifications, HeadFirst Group: "It forces you to critically look at your entire value chain, from suppliers to internal processes. We actively assess whether our partners also operate sustainably and ethically. That makes us stronger, more transparent, and more attractive to clients who take sustainability seriously.”
HeadFirst as a reliable B Corp partner
The B Corp certification aligns with our ongoing commitment to sustainability and socially responsible operations. We previously received a gold EcoVadis rating. The certification confirms that sustainability is a consistent part of our way of working. We continue to invest in making the supply chain more sustainable, reducing our ecological footprint, and promoting an inclusive labour market. These efforts deliver clear results. In three years, we have reduced our CO₂ emissions by 30% and 98% of our suppliers work according to sustainable principles. Our goal for 2025? A further 50% CO₂ reduction. These are concrete results that are evaluated and improved annually.
Fair and sustainable collaboration
A lot is happening in the world, and it affects us all. That's why it's important to approach our society consciously. With the B Corp certification, we demonstrate that we deliver results without compromising people, the environment, or integrity. At HeadFirst, we work with partners and professionals to prepare your organisation for a sustainable future. Contact us and discover how we can achieve this together.
