How do I file a complaint?
Oh dear, our apologies. Customer satisfaction is not just a term for us – it's something we work hard on every day. However, to be honest, we sometimes make mistakes too. And unfortunately, you become the victim of that. Of course, that is not our intention.
What can you do?
We are ready to rectify any issues. For the quickest solution, please contact our support department directly via info@headfirst.group or (023) 56 856 30. The support department is there to assist both hiring organisations and the (supplier of) professionals throughout the entire hiring process from request to payment. Your question or issue will be registered and handled in our system.

Let us know. You can reach our team that handles complaints by filling out this form. Describe your complaint and the solution you expect as clearly as possible in the complaint form, this helps us to better understand your needs and therefore often reduces the time needed to handle your complaint. We ensure that your feedback reaches the correct place and that together we reach the best possible solution.
And then? What happens after you file your complaint?
Once we receive your complaint, we ensure that it reaches the right contact person for you. You can expect a response from us within two business days. We will do everything we can to provide you with a solution as quickly as possible. Some complaints take a little longer to resolve, but in any case, it will be handled within 2 weeks.
