From 1 January 2026, Between Staffing, part of HeadFirst Group, is again one of the awarded parties for the temporary hiring of ICT professionals at the Belastingdienst, Toeslagen and Douane. This award confirms that Between Staffing meets the high requirements set by central government in terms of price and quality when hiring ICT expertise. The framework agreement enables central government to respond flexibly and efficiently to change and continuity issues within the IV organisation, which is responsible for delivering and managing IT systems and digital processes.
Assessment confirms quality and commitment
Between Staffing has worked closely with the Inland Revenue, Surcharges and Customs for many years. This long-term relationship has led to in-depth knowledge of the organisation, processes and challenges. The assessment committee praised Between Staffing on technological development and ensuring the well-being of deployed ICT professionals. The intended cooperation with the Participants was also rated well. With this, the government confirms its trust in the services of HeadFirst Group, in which professional expertise, operational strength and people-oriented guidance are central.
Gerjan Bomhof, account director at Between Staffing, says: "We are proud to have been selected again for this strategically important assignment. This award is a confirmation of our long-standing cooperation with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, Toeslagen and Douane. Together, we ensure that our clients can count on the right professionals, at the right time. Our approach works: people-oriented, professionally strong and always in connection with the client."
Building a future-proof organisation together
Within the framework agreement, Between Staffing is committed to close collaboration with specialist groups and DevOps teams, focusing on knowledge sharing, innovation and sustainable employability. Through customised ambition plans, feedback loops and an ecosystem of specialised partners and independent professionals, Between Staffing contributes to a robust and agile organisation.
The award is the result of a European tender, in which Between Staffing was selected along with nine other parties: Circle8, LINKIT, Need Staffing IT, FlexValue, Sopra Steria Netherlands, ItaQ, Cimsolutions, SynProfs and Yacht.

Building a flexible workforce layer
Building a flexible workforce layer is no longer optional for organisations in transport and logistics. It has become a strategic necessity.
