HeadFirst has been bringing together independent professionals, suppliers of professionals and clients since 1995. Independent professionals and suppliers of professionals offer their expertise to clients, via us. And clients hire in all of the knowledge contained within this network, via us. Our motto: the right person at the right time in the right place and for the right period.

No more hassle

Throughout our 25+ year history, we have gained vast experience in the areas of risk associated with external hiring and the relevant legislation, regulations and administration. We ensure that everything is meticulously taken care of: from insurance and contracting to administration.

HeadFirst Select

We are always looking to the future, always aiming to evolve our service offering. In 2011, we launched HeadFirst Select: the first online marketplace for temporary capacity. It offers independent professionals, suppliers of professionals and clients the possibility to seek one another out directly, without the intervention of an intermediary. HeadFirst Select is both quick and effective. Of course, it is we who takes care of all of the administrative burden related to the match.

Continual development

Alongside our partner, Maestro Academy, we encourage member professionals and employees of organisations to develop themselves on a continual basis by collectively procuring and offering a selection of technical training courses and qualifications. This is vitally important in the contingent labour market; as are adequate insurance, thorough administration and access to reliable consultants. That’s why, in partnership with ZP Zaken, we offer independent professionals a selection of dedicated financial, consultancy and insurance products & services.

Knowledge broker

Every day, through HeadFirst, in excess of 10,000 professionals set to work at clients active in the fields of government, financial services, transport, industry, utilities and various other sectors. In a labour market that is set to become only more flexible, we represent a knowledge broker between independent professionals, suppliers and clients. All of this to facilitate professionals excelling at their job; and clients making use of their expertise, carefree.

Certifications

Among others, HeadFirst is certified in accordance with NEN4400-1, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

– NEN 4400-1

NEN 4400-1 is a quality mark from Stichting Normering Arbeid for contingent workforce intermediaries. The standard sets out requirements for the payment of taxes and social security contributions. Furthermore, the NEN 4400-1 quality mark indicates that an organisation only puts forward workers who are permitted to work in the Netherlands.

– ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management. This standard assesses our position to satisfy the requirements of our clients, not least with regard to legislation and regulations. In addition, the requirements represent points of reference for our quality management system.

– ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is a standard for environmental management. An ISO 14001-approved environmental management system enables environmental risks arising from business operations to be addressed and, where necessary, minimised.
The ISO 14001 system is set up in such a way that it can be integrated with ISO 9001 optimally.
