We are looking for a Data management adoption lead to enable our mission.

Job Mission

As the Data Management Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for communicating and driving the adoption of data management and data governance strategy, bring visibility to the business value of our capabilities and foster a data based community spirit within our Data organization. You will work closely with cross-functional data capability and business teams to ensure that their capabilities are supported with learning journey guidance, communication policies and broadcasted effectively to rest of the organization. Your role is a bridge of collaboration as you develop adoption strategies, policies, bring effective communication efforts, manage events & community platforms related to data management & data governance initiatives.

Job Description

The Data Management Adoption lead supports the Chief Data Office to achieve its business goals. Key activities are:

Refine & drive a comprehensive data management communication adoption strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to assess current data management adoption situation and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate communication efforts to raise awareness of data management initiatives and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Plan and manage events, such as training workshops, seminars, and town hall meetings, to promote understanding and adoption of data management practices.
Develop and maintain SharePoint portals to serve as central repositories for data management resources, documentation, and training materials.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance data literacy and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data management topics, staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices
Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience

Above 10 years of experience in data management, with a strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience in leading data management initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
Experience in event management, coordinating communication efforts, and SharePoint portal development is highly desirable.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data management and privacy (e.g., GDPR).
