Global implementation of various project deliverables related to the Compliance Management Cycle (e.g. OneCompliance Risk Assessment, Compliance Chart, Horizon Scanning, Policies and control framework) with a strong focus on planning, communication and reporting.

- You have knowledge of Compliance Frameworks and the Compliance Risk Management Cycle;
- You have good knowledge of the methods and tools for Change Management;
- You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment in an international setting;

Skills required
- University degree or equivalent;
- Knowledge of financial services business, processes, procedures and/or systems;
- 5-10 years of experience in a compliance and change management environment;
- Learning agility and innovative mindset;
- Ability to work across functional and geographic lines;
- Fluent in English;
- Organisational sensitivity;
- Flexibility: adjusts approach, seeks different paths in a targeted manner;
- Hands-on mentality
