You will be part of the NAM/ ONEgas West Projects & Turnarounds Delivery Chapter that consists of Project and Turnaround engineers who support or lead various Conventional Oil and Gas developments opportunities and major Turnaround events for both on -and offshore assets. 

The Turnaround coordinator is a member of the Projects& Turnaround chapter and operates in one or more Turnaround squads responsible for delivering a specific Turnaround event. The role has no direct reports. However, the turnaround coordinator works closely within the integrated projects & turnaround squads. What?s the role? The Turnaround coordinator is responsible to:
? Develop and manage scope, cost, planning and execution of Turnarounds in NAM in a consistent manner, whilst ensuring continuous improvement
? Control the progress realized towards the objectives defined in the premise
? Control the in-house or contractor?s delivery with the required level of resource with the right skill
? Control suppliers to ensure the delivery of materials at the right time
? Ensure appropriate feedback on what is going on in during the TA
? Ensure that the most knowledgeable persons participate in the decision process regarding the scope of work and the decision to repair and that the lessons learned are captured What we need from you? 

To be successful in this role, you will have:
? A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in TA, maintenance and/or project execution
? Ability to collaborate effectively within the Asset with Operations and Discipline Engineering.
? Ability to motivate and influence others and work through others to deliver the desired results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Strong cost drive and cost conscious ?
