Learning Project Manager

We do this by providing training programs for our FEC staff around the world (approximately 2000 people in 6 regions). We believe that the learning experience is as important as the content delivery. We are looking for an experienced Learning Project Manager who can assist and grow into all our L&D development and communication activities.

You and your job
Key objective of the W&R FEC Center is to support the Wholesale & Rural regions and business lines to ensure full compliance with all applicable FEC standards.
Your role will be to further strengthen the CDD knowledge and skills across the W&R regions and business lines. The learner is in the heart of everything we build. The W&R FEC-employee is ambitious, curious, responsible, and eager to learn.

As a W&R FEC Learning Project Manager, you will:
• Assist with the full spectrum of L&D development activities, including but not limited to, organising workshops, gathering information and preparing content and relevant training materials
• Support with both instructional, administrative and technical aspects of the learning platform and dashboards
• Assist with the implementation of a training program including liaising with different stakeholders from different regions
• Work closely with the communication team on initiatives and projects with regard to (content) communication around FEC topics.
• Support with the design and development of training content
• Report on project status to assist with forecasting and planning
• Analyse, review and summarise documents for training content
• Assist with and facilitate online communications, meetings, webinars etc.

In the W&R FEC organization we work with many colleagues from different disciplines, geographies and backgrounds. You will work in a diverse team of 5-7 learning professionals (Learning Leads, Content Experts, an Instructional Designer and Junior Project Manager). Our Global Learning Team is part of a bigger team, all focused on supporting and leading our six FEC regions in numerous ways (change, procedures, and quality monitoring).

You and your talent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Master Degree and 3-8 years of experience in Project management.
• Be able to apply a ‘global view’ and apply perspective of all regions
• Be proficient in English written and speaking skills
• Have good communication, organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
• Have experience in the learning and development field along with awareness of different training methods
• knowledge in either Customer Due Diligence and/or Transaction Monitoring processes
• Have experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite

As an Learning Project Manager, it is nice to have:
• Intercultural awareness skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in learning and development technologies, systems etc.
• Understanding of various training methods
• Knowledge of learning rapid development tools (i.e., Articulate, Captivate, Adobe, Figma etc.)
• Exposure to learning areas: digital learning, social learning, learning management systems etc.
