Making a difference
You manage and support the digital whiteboard tool called Miro.
You are involved in engineering the audio and video conferencing equipment used in meeting rooms.
You manage and support Microsoft Teams.
You explain products, features, and functionality with accuracy and simplicity to our end-users.
Your focus is on customer needs and you are committed to delivering quality. You efficiently resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner.
You are part of an Agile team using the Scrum framework. Together with an enthusiastic team, you fix issues, provide excellent customer support and continuously implement new features.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our squad TeamsWork brings talented people together to make digital collaboration work for you. The team will consist of 8 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including a scrum master and product owner.

With you
If we were to ask your friends to describe you in a few key words, the answer would be: excellent communicator, customer-driven and pro-active. For the position of Employee Support & Service you also have:

prior experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) products;
technical and functional knowledge of audio and video conferencing equipment, and you are highly motivated to develop these skills;
knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus;
familiarity in SM9, ITIL processes and Scrum Framework;
prior experience using an array of data driven and automation methods/tools - or at least you have a keen interest in exploring these topics;
excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
the ability to identify customer needs. You can easily translate technical issues into understandable language to our customers (Storytelling skills).
