Scrum Master "Know Your Customer"

Guiding, training and supporting development teams, the Product Owner, and the organisation with and into an Agile way of working. You as a Scrummaster are part of the subarea KYC BI within the area Business Intelligence of the Tribe Data & Analytics.

• Prepare and facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives .
• You will connect with stakeholders and facilitate processes and communication.
• Working together with KYC to create and improve the reporting suite.

• Guide and 3 train teams into the agile way of working
• Be the supporter of change and seek opportunities for improvement.
• You will contribute to continuous learning within the CITO BI department, using evaluation and your getting things done mentality.
You will collaborate with 3 squads within CITO Business Intelligence area. These squads focus on KYC management information and create a reporting suite to improve our KYC performance. These products are high priority, content driven but process savvy and involve complex stakeholder management.

You and your talent
• Master degree Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management or related.
• 2 years of Scrum Master experience.
• PSM I certificate, a PSM II is a plus.
• Experience in a complex IT domain & BI.
• You know how to get things done.
• Coach people to take advantage from working agile.
• Interpersonal skills, strong communication skills.
