What do we expect from you?
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a scrum master of multiple teams.
At least PSM2 scrum master certificate (scrum.org)
SAFe and/or LeSS certification and proven experience
Coaching skills
Make teams deliver the most business value in both continuity and change 
Solve impediments with your teams
Continuously improve the agile way of working
