Job Description
Within Transaction Monitoring we are executing transformational change to become best in class. As part of our change journey, we’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert to support the implementation of the new Case Management tool within Transaction Monitoring (PEGA). The SME will help to define the strategic use of the new Case Management tool within TM and ultimately contribute to the achievement of the remediation plan.

You and your job
Design, prepare and develop strategic decisions so that the organization is equipped to make the best decisions for the bank and society. Provide recommendations, direction and guidance on topics such as data sources, customer outreach, negative media screening, and alert/case handling. During the implementation phase, you will sharpen business requirements, resolve blockers and maximise benefits realisation. Make a difference by making sure we as a bank ‘do the right thing’.

Practical Examples
• Facilitate cross-team initiatives (e.g. with Sanctions and CDD), encourage sharing of best practice;
• Engage closely with Change Management and FEC Tech, providing SME support when relevant;
• Mature options and carry out impact assessments;
• Identify potential risks and provide mitigations/solutions.

• Apply a risk based approach and pragmatism;
• Investigate market developments, technological developments, and customer interaction channels in order to be able to produce internal and external analysis.

The SME – Case Management in FEC Transaction Monitoring is responsible for supporting the implementation of PEGA to accomplish the project team’s goals in the most effective way possible; they do this through applying their deep knowledge of the TM alert handling process gained from extensive industry experience. You and your talent
• Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• Prior experience with implementing a new Case Management tools is essential;
• Experience of TM alert handling and working with large operations teams;
• Knowledge of robotics and automation;
• Experience with MI, KPIs and KRIs;
• Knowledge of the customer lifecycle;
• Operational Excellence experience, Lean Blackbelt will be seen as favourable;
• Knowledge of Regulations and Guidance relating to Transaction Monitoring;
• Experience with complex senior stakeholder management and high organizational sensitivity and integrity;
• Ability to work at senior level and to communicate and report effectively to senior management;
• A team player who enjoys collaboration and facilitation, you can bring different stakeholders together and come to a common understanding;
• Fluent in English, verbal and written; Dutch is beneficial;
• Social skills are above average, connect easily and are able to formulate clearly and to the point;
• A strong problem solver who is able to work with complex topics;
• A lean and agile mindset, always seeking continuous improvement;
