Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a change practitioner to:
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.
- Contribute to one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business.

Description: Program Name: Environmental Insights (previously known as SERS NextGen)

Current Environmental reporting solution SERS is providing a central and consistent solution to collect, calculate and report environmental parameters utilizing a single instance of the Environmental Compliance (EC) module from SAP. Data from SAP EC is interfaced with ERS reporting services for the Submit & Approve process to publish quarterly data.

Business case: SERS is providing a central and consistent solution to collect, calculate and report environmental parameters utilizing a single instance of the Environmental Compliance (EC) module from SAP and ERS reporting services. SAP EC will go out of main support by the end of 2024, which requires replacement. Increased importance and new requirements on environmental reporting require upscale in functional part of the system.
