We are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team, as Thales is experiencing a growing demand for new employees. The team consists 6 TA Partners, 2 Contingent TA Partners, one Campus Recruiter and we are now also searching for a Talent Acquisition Administrator and a Talent Sourcer. Varying in a mix of experience, we work hard and play hard. Joining this team will mean learning from others, while also sharing your knowledge to others and ensuring we deliver as a team.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Partner with hiring managers across The Netherlands organization
Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of roles at various levels with a focus on Engineering.
Liaise with HR colleagues from Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, HR Shared Service Center, HR Business Partners, etc.
Work on strategic initiatives such as proactive sourcing, nurturing talent pools, diversity & inclusion
Visit (online) recruitment events/exhibitions
Our Dutch team is part of a larger Europe Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence. So, you will have an opportunity to work with international colleagues in TA when you participate in international projects
