About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to support two Agile teams working within the energy market domain. In this role, you will serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach, helping teams deliver complex, high-impact solutions in a highly regulated, business-critical environment. You will play a key part in driving agility and value across projects involving energy systems, regulatory compliance, trading platforms, and customer services.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives) for two Agile teams.
• Coach team members in Agile values, principles, and frameworks with sensitivity to energy market dynamics.
• Remove team impediments and act as a shield from external distractions and blockers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs.
• Support the teams in meeting business-critical deadlines, such as regulatory go-lives and market migrations.
• Drive continuous improvement and facilitate actionable retrospectives.
• Promote Agile metrics and KPIs (e.g., velocity, cycle time, flow efficiency) for insight-driven delivery.
• Foster collaboration across teams, departments, and external stakeholders in a complex energy ecosystem.
• Align delivery with industry trends such as smart grid, digitalization, and energy transition.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience working in or with the energy, utilities, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and visualization platforms like Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Exposure to energy-related systems is a plus: SAP IS-U, ETRM, EDM, or smart grid platforms.
