Duties:    
 Analyzing and understanding customer and business needs
• Translating business requirements into business value
• Designing and building functional and technical solutions
• Working in an agile team setting and delivering high quality and timely delivery
• Aligning and Coordinating work items with fellow developers and stakeholders
• Writing documentation and instructions for training purposes
• Actively tracking tech trends and developments around Dynamics and Power Platform and
advice Vattenfall on improvements where you see fit

Skills:    
• experience in developing with Dynamics Unified Service Desk

• at least 4 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE and Sales (or other CRM platform) consultant
and/or developer
• at least 4 years of experience with coding in C# and using .NET, JavaScript knowledge is a plus
• experience with the integration capabilities of Dynamics 365 CE and Sales with other systems
• experience with the Power Platform, such as PowerApps / Power Automate / Power Virtual
Agents and/or Power BI
• experience as a consultant and/or developer and has worked on multiple CRM implementations
• knowledge about Microsoft Industry Solutions, such as Azure and Office 365
• contributed across all phases of projects (for example planning, analyzing, designing, building and
testing)
• analytical, communication, problem solving and collaboration skills


Education:    
• fluency in the English language

• higher educated or university degree
• microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate MB-200 + MB-400
