Position description
In this position, you will create sales contracts, review external contracts with our field offices and third parties and manage the reconciliation of these contracts with all relevant documentation of all transactions done by traders. You will quickly learn more about our fascinating business as you are the one keeping overview of the complete administrative process regarding the contracts. To have this overview, you will be in contact with many internal and external stakeholders.

The Contract administration department is a dynamic department where a new system will be implemented in 2023. You will play an active role in this change process and we ask you to come up with improvements and to join in projects to further develop the department. In this position, you will report to the Manager contract & pricing department. Are you looking for an administrative oriented position where you will have a lot of freedom to come up with suggestions for improvement? Then we are looking for you!

Duties
• Reviewing/correcting of commodity purchase and sales confirmations entered by traders in our own traffic system;
• Review of external contracts with our field offices and Broker contracts (third part contracts);
• Create/review on basis of an automatic system the sale contract for third party on correctness of all agreed terms and completeness of all clauses;
• Confirm the commodity contract with the third party counterparty;
• Reconciliation of the commodity contracts with all relevant documentation;
• Control the status of the contracts in our automatic traffic system and follow up with the responsible person;
• Manage the business rules to determine the contract clauses for your responsible commodity;
• Play an active role in projects regarding process improvements and further development of the department.

Required skills and experience
• HBO Bachelor’s level of thinking in MER or similar;
• Thorough attention to detail, strong administrative skills, highly accurate and the ability to work in a structured way.
• Is curious, has a proactive working method and wants to take ownership in the role;
• Proficiently able to communicate with different kind of stakeholders within the organization;
• Has the drive and creativity to come up with necessary improvements;
• Recognises our 5 core values of safety, entrepreneurialism, simplicity, responsibility and openness.

Extra information

The person will be responsible from A-Z of a contract cycle and need to ensure that the SLA is matching the requirements. This with the help of the new contract automate system. Other requirements like Taking ownership, proactive, time management and attention for details are skills that is recommended for this job.
