Viterra is looking for a Dutch and English speaking Project Manager to manage the OT Security Monitoring and Assessments & Security Monitoring Global project. This project requires a full-time, suitably qualified Project Manager, with experience in managing endto-end OT Security implementation & improvement projects. The project duration is not clear at this moment, once the new PM delivers the project brief, the expected duration will become clear.

Position Description
The Project Manager will be tasked to support the OT Security project and Assessments & Security Monitoring Global. The Operational Technology (OT) Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing projects that involve the integration, implementation, and improvement of operational (security) technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Create Project brief and Project Plan including timeless alignment with the sites;
• Execute project based on approved project brief and plan;
• Chair steering committee meetings;
• Communication and (financial) reporting;
• Set up and chair team meetings;
• Risk & issue Management;

Required Skills and Experience
• Project Management Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling,
budgeting, and resource management.
- Ability to use Prince 2 project management tools and methodologies to ensure the
successful completion of projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with crossfunctional
teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex, multi-departmental, multi-cultural, multi-sites projects.

• Risk Management:
- Skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with (OT) projects,
especially in terms of reliability, safety, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and
troubleshoot issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

• Adaptability:
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through the dynamic nature of technology and
industry changes.

• Team Management:
- Strong skills to guide and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a
positive working environment.

• Experience in managing end to end complex Implementation & Improvement projects
• Basic understanding of operational technology (OT) systems, and the differences involved in managing an IT project
• Basic understanding of Industrial Networks
• High level understanding of cybersecurity, preferably in the context of OT security
• Fluent in English and Dutch

Educational Background:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer
science, information technology, or a related discipline. Project Management
certifications (e.g.,
• PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA-C/B), are beneficial.
• Major areas of responsibility: Maintaining and improving the total OT security posture of
the Viterra EU processing facilities and related projects.
