Are you an experienced CMS developer who wants to use the latest technology to increase the impact of our ASML.com?

Job Mission
As Full Stack Developer with strong consultancy skills and competences you are part of an Agile team. This team believes in innovating and pushing the boundaries of web development. They research, review, iterate and develop meaningful interactions between the product/project and its intended users. The team is made up of a Product Owner, System Architect and a Back-end Developer for web and app functions.
The Full Stack Developer works alongside the API Developer, Solution Architect, UX specialists and QA Engineer to create comprehensive digital solutions for business needs. You make sure the website is scalable and that it can still function when hit by large loads—be that traffic or demanding scripts. You are also tasked with maintaining and testing existing backend elements to ensure they are as fast and efficient as possible. Data storage also comes under their remit, which requires them to have a good knowledge of data security and compliance. Additionally for this role, knowledge of Sitecore and frontend frameworks like React is a strong pre to create digital solutions that will meet the business needs.

Role and responsibilities
Develop web frontend solutions using React, Jamstack, Next.js and GraphQL
· Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
· Collaborate with the Product Owner, System Architect, other developers, and business partners for work planning, sharing new ideas, code demonstrations, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
· Actively participate with the rest of the team in reviewing issues, participating in discussions, and reviewing pull requests.
· Actively demonstrate software engineering best practices throughout product development and maintenance.
· Take ownership from development to deployment and maintenance.
· Guiding other developers on best practices.
· Advocating for development best practices.
· Doing whatever it takes to help ASML get the right solutions implemented to deliver value to stakeholders around the globe.
· Ensure the goals and deliverables of the team are met.

Education and experience
Master degree or Bachelor degree in a technical area or computer science.
· You are in possession of a valid work permit for The Netherlands.
· Agile + SAFe certifications are a plus (scrum.org and/or SAFe®certifications).

To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills:
5+ years of demonstrated professional full stack development experience.
· Strong knowledge and demonstrated use of vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript to develop performant and maintainable solutions.
· Experience building mid-large scale web applications using vanilla JavaScript.
· Experience in modular web development, preferably Atomic Design and Storybook.
· Experience with CSS tooling such as CSS Modules, PostCSS, Sass, Tailwind CSS, cross-browser testing.
· Experience with a JavaScript testing framework such as Mocha, Jest, or Jasmine.
· Experience with Webpack or similar build tools and module bundlers.
· Experience with Headless Architecture and the Server-Client Rendering Spectrum.
· Experience with Jamstack, Next.js and React.
· Experience with working with RESTful API’s like GraphQL.
· Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
· A working knowledge of browser/client discrepancies and supported features.
· Knowledge of website performance considerations and performance tooling.
· Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standards is a plus.
· Experience working across CMS platforms like Sitecore.
· The ability to collaborate across teams & build professional relationships with product owners, peers, and other stakeholders.
· Knowledge of and experience with Agile and SCRUM principles.

Personal skills
· Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
· Highly motivated to drive change and to personally grow in a changing environment.
· A willingness to continually learn diverse technologies, techniques, and front-end/back-end topics.
· Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
