Empowering our colleagues who work daily to bring light and warmth to people is fundamental to Enexis.One of the projects that supports our colleagues is KOROS (Keten Optimalisatie Ruimtelijke Ordening Systeem). KOROS is designed to improve efficiency and manageability within the spatial planning (SP) process. This project aims to provide a central tool that manages and tracks all phases of the initiative stage from start to finish, optimizing workflows and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
You will be part of the young, rapidly growing value chain "Asset Planning & Performance." This chain consists of five teams working together in an agile (SAFe) manner. Each team operates autonomously, offering the freedom to keep the work enjoyable and the team highly agile. The department atmosphere is open and relaxed, where everyone's ideas are heard, often with a healthy dose of humor.

What you'll be doing
• Turn vision into reality: work closely with the product owner (PO) to understand functional business needs. Transform these needs into actionable and innovative software solutions aligned with our goals and vision.• Drive development excellence: manage the Mendix application lifecycle from concept to deployment. Ensure adherence to high coding standards, best practices, and optimal security and performance.
• Ship features confidently: deliver small features and improvements with minimal guidance while collaborating with the team on larger projects.
• Foster knowledge sharing: share and exchange knowledge with other Mendix developers within the organization to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and mutual growth.
• Collaborate with UX designers: partner with UX designers to create applications that offer exceptional user experiences, balancing design and functionality to meet user needs.
• Master application lifecycle management: oversee Mendix applications' lifecycles, ensuring adaptability and sustainability while following our internal lifecycle management (LCM) recommendations.

Minimum requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in Mendix development.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into software solutions, actively supporting the PO in clarifying stories and requirements for development.
• Fluent in Dutch for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Mendix applications, with proactive lifecycle management and adherence to coding best practices.
• Experience implementing (REST) integrations.
• Track record of owning projects from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely about technical, architectural, and organizational challenges, proposing iterative solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Strong inclination towards collaboration, inclusion, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
Preferred qualifications:
• Expert Mendix certification showcasing deep platform expertise.
• Experience in front-end development.
• Leadership experience in agile project environments.
• Background in the energy sector or familiarity with Enexis.
• Proficiency in additional programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Java.

As a senior Mendix developer at Enexis, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the digital future of energy management. Mendix is our chosen technology for custom app development. While you'll be part of the APP value stream, you will also join the broader Mendix community within Enexis.We support your success with a dedicated Mendix platform team (RPD team) that offers:
• Comprehensive platform support: access to a maintained Mendix platform with DevOps, lifecycle management, architectural guidance, and security advice. This allows you to focus on innovation rather than infrastructure.
• Best practices and guidance: workshops, documentation, and one-on-one support to help you build high-quality applications that meet Enexis standards.
• Collaborative culture: regular knowledge-sharing sessions, peer reviews, and joint projects to foster innovation and collective problem-solving.

Wanneer u bij ons als leverancier een professional aanbiedt en deze wordt geplaatst, hebben we informatie van u als contractpartij nodig, onder andere met betrekking tot de Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid.
De ‘WKA’ heeft als doel om misbruik te voorkomen bij de afdracht van loonheffingen bij alle schakels in de keten; van leverancier tot opdrachtgever.
Wij dekken deze risico’s voor onze opdrachtgevers af middels een geblokkeerde rekening, de G-rekening.
Dit is een rekening waarop een gedeelte van het factuurbedrag wordt gestort en waarvan u de loonheffingen en BTW kunt betalen aan de Belastingdienst.
Het af te storten % hangt ervan af of u een SNA-certificering (NEN-4400-1 of NEN-4400-2) heeft of niet en of uw bedrijf in Nederland of daarbuiten is gevestigd. De G-rekening kunt u aanvragen bij de Belastingdienst.
Indien u geen G-rekening kunt krijgen (en u kunt hier bewijs van de Belastingdienst van overleggen) dan heeft u ook de mogelijkheid elk kwartaal een accountantsverklaring (assurance report inzake inlening personeel) aan te leveren.
Hierin zal een gecertificeerd accountant (AA of RA) een verklaring afgeven over de juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van de afdrachten. Let wel, de kosten voor deze verklaring komen voor uw eigen rekening.
