Additional skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and focus
• Flexibility and proactivity in taking on assignments and responsibilities
• Eager to learn with a can-do attitude

Your responsibilities
• Support the Global WB Communications team and its ongoing projects and campaigns
• Develop, coordinate and execute strategic communications plans (project management)
• Liaise between the business and local communications teams to implement global internal and external communication plans/campaigns
• Propose creative ideas to generate stakeholder engagement and company pride
• Build stories for internal and external communication channels including intranet, Viva Engage community, all staff messages, townhalls/webcasts, ing.com, LinkedIn etc.
• Work together with the business to create engaging and impactful content (articles, videos, animations, infographics, posts, etc.)
• Support senior management communications and events
• Publish content on internal and external channels. Track and evaluate audience engagement
