Description Vacancy : QA Specialist – Analyst Dashboard

You will work in a team that is responsible for the FEC Analyst Dashboard, a tool that 3,000+ colleagues work with. It’s a cockpit within which an FEC analyst can investigate a customer in more detail. Based on the initial findings, the analyst determines whether action needs to be taken or not. What makes this application so interesting is that it was build up from the ground in only a few years’ time and continues to be updated at high speed. The goal of the team is to achieve seamless integration with the workflow application, where the analysts are guided step-by-step and receive integrated customer information via the dashboard at crucial moments.

As a QA Specialist you are, together with the rest of the team, responsible for the timely realisation, deployment, maintenance and further development of software for customer lifecycle management. You work in T-shaped team where your main focus will be on testing, setting up a test framework and supporting the team with your testing experience.

Examples of your activities are:
• Business rules testing;
• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts for business rules;
• Monitoring and testing the batch;
• Incidents handling;
• Develop high-quality software;
• You take care of bringing the applications live;
• Carry out maintenance on existing applications;
• Analyse and resolve production disruptions;

For this vacancy of QA Specialist you have:
• 4+ years of testing experience (functional, integration, e2e, regression, contract-based testing )
• Solid knowledge of testing techniques and testing approaches
• Experience with API testing (SoapUI, Postman)
• Experience in SQL
• ISTQB/TMAP, CAT certified
• Good understanding of software development processes and architecture
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum software development
• Knowledge and experience as a DevOps team member with a T-shape mindset
• Ability to communicate with different type of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Knowledge in the FEC domain is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience in performance testing is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience with PEGA are preferred
• Experience in Model-development (OIA, Rules Engine, Local Platforms) is preferred
